Michelle Foulia

Michelle Foulia was born and raised in Cyprus. After the death of her parents at age five, animals became her closest companions leading her to volunteer in animal welfare and her studies in animal-assisted therapy, counselling and psychotherapy.

Her struggles in foster care, the loss of her guardians, and battle with CPTSD, ADHD and Fibromyalgia have cultivated deeper compassion, understanding, and desire to make a difference in the lives of others. Writing has been her therapy, which naturally birthed the vision to write books that make a difference. Her company, Words for Healing, is her vision to write and publish books that heal the world one book at a time. She also coaches people to write their stories and encourages them to create an impactful message.

Michelle now lives in Wales with her husband, three children, her cat Melon, and, of course, her dog, Poppy.
