Chasing Rainbows
A woman escaping the abuse of her past. A man refusing to open his heart to love. A secret that threatens their future.
About the Book
When Jessie Ellis settles in the sleepy town of Potters Hole, the last thing she is looking for is love. But a chance encounter with her new neighbour Nate Parker turns Jessie’s plans upside down. Twice rejected by his birth mother, Nate doesn’t allow anyone to get too close. But when he sees Jessie, the walls around his heart begin to crumble.
Just as Jessie learns to let her guard down once more, a letter from her estranged sister threatens to ruin her newfound happiness.
Can Jessie find the strength to share with Nate the truth about her troubled past and the secret she hides, or will she let a future she never thought possible slip through her fingers?
If your present throws you a curveball, should you dwell in the past, or take a chance on your future?
