The Miners of Llay Main
Vic spent many years researching the background to the sinking of the mine and its development into the largest colliery in Wales and the deepest in Europe. He provides a look at the social life of the community that developed around the colliery up until its closure in 1966, with 176 photographs, diagrams and maps.
